  • What are your shipping policies?
    Millcreek Luxury Goods will ship any product worldwide for a flat rate of $16.99 USD. For orders of $200.00 USD or more, the shipping fee will be waived. Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying any additional customs fees, value-added tax, or handling fees.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Millcreek Luxury Goods will ship products worldwide, subject to international shipping restrictions.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Once placed, your order will be shipped in 3 days or less. Shipping times will vary depending on your region but most orders will arrive in 5 days or less from the day it was shipped. Please note that unfortunately, shipping times are not guaranteed and subject to change.
  • Are any of your products pre-owned?
    All of the products on our website are guaranteed to be brand new and 100% authentic, and if your product arrives in any other condition, a full refund will be issued. Return shipping fees will be waived. Keep watching our website in the future for updates on pre-owned inventory available for purchase!
  • Can I return a product?
    We offer a 20-day return policy, which begins on the date the order is received by the customer. If an order is returned, the payment will be refunded, minus any applicable shipping charges.
  • Where is your company located?
    Our offices are located in Utah, United States, with warehouses across the United States and Europe. Our customer service is 100% US-based.
  • Can I trade-in my merchandise for credit?
